Utility Account Mobile is an account management tool allowing users to pay bills, edit account information, and deep dive into usage data. This new version simplifies the previous complicated and inconsistent workflow by bringing the most important data and most used actions to the landing screen. Consistent colors help identify different pieces of data along with the use of white space allowing data to breathe. Small touches such as personalized messaging in the navigation create a sense of individualized care. All additional features are available and tucked away into a simplified navigation. A forward moving process with no loops or backward movement was also important in creating a positive experience.
